Joined Meliá Hotels International in 2012 after more than 10 years of experience in strategy consulting. He has led and participated in strategy, organization, logistics, process improvement, training, sales and marketing and sustainability projects in sectors such as petrochemicals, technology, automotive, pulp & paper, retail, consumer goods, travel, leisure and hospitality. Tomás is a member of the Spanish Association of CSR Executives (DIRSE), collaborates with several universities and is a regular speaker at forums on CSR, Sustainability and Tourism.
