With IMS having offices in Vienna, Budapest and Prague, three beautiful capital cities in Europe, she is proud to have a professional surrounding and repeat clients where there are no limits to creating memorable experiences.

At 50th year conference there will inevitably be a lot of focus on “legacy”. Us four, being 2nd or more generation of business leaders, will discuss what it has meant to inherit and re-shape a legacy. Our goal will be to bridge a gap between generations of both owners and employees.

NatalyHoran is the Executive Vice President at eGroup Communications and theX-Change® Global MICE Conferences, serves on the Content and CommunicationsCommittee with the Incentive Research Foundation, and is an active member ofSITE Florida & Caribbean.

Beforebeing named VP in October 2021, Nataly was eGroup’s Marketing Director. She isresponsible for the company’s global marketing strategy, including overseeingthe execution of the X-Change MICE Conferences. She heads the X-Change®Conference’s contract negotiation, site sourcing and selection and conferenceplanning and logistics. She also played a key role in the launch and success ofthe Land X-Change® (inaugural 2019).

Priorto joining eGroup & The X-Change®, Nataly was Principle Designer of a SouthFlorida Interior Design Firm and was responsible for overseeing the design andproject management of luxury residential and commercial Interior Projects.

Previousto her work with this firm, Nataly was a designer with Luis Pons Design Lab, aninnovative and highly awarded design and architecture firm, in the Miami DesignDistrict.

Sheis the proud mother of two and calls Miami FL home. She is passionate abouttravel, art, culture, and recently began learning to golf.

Natalyearned her Bachelors of Design from the University of Florida, where shegraduated in the top 10 in her class.

Kevin Edmunds currently serves as the Vice President of Meetings & Incentive Sales for the AIC Hotel Group. In 2006 handled the West Coast region for Palace Resorts in the MICE market and in 2012 Kevin was hired by the All Inclusive Collection, which owns and operates Hard Rock All Inclusive properties in the Caribbean and Mexico. Soon after transferring to the All Inclusive Collection, he became the Vice President, in which he oversees regional directors throughout the US and Canada in the group, meeting, and incentive markets. In May 2016, the All Inclusive Collection became the AIC Hotel Group, which now is the sales and marketing arm for not only the all-inclusive Hard Rock Hotels, but the Nobu Hotels in Miami & Los Cabos, as well as the Eden Roc Miami Beach and UNICO 20˚ 87˚ Hotel Riviera Maya.
