At Tourism New Zealand, Natalie Fulton leads the business events strategy development and implementation for the Americas including connecting, enabling, and motivating the incentive market. She previously worked in event sales and planning for companies and venues including PRA Destination Management, Warner Bros. Studios, Cirque du Soleil, Mr. C Hotel Beverly Hills, and House of Blues. Fulton has a bachelor of science in hotel administration from Cornell University and lives in Los Angeles.

Stephanie Harris is President of the Incentive Research Foundation (IRF). In her role she directs the strategy and efforts of the IRF, an organization that funds and promotes research and education to increase understanding, effective use, and benefits of non-cash incentives for businesses globally. Prior to joining the IRF, Harris was part of the American Express Meetings & Events leadership team, leading global event strategy, thought leadership, and marketing. She started her career in incentives with Maritz, where she was VP of Brand Marketing & Strategy, and currently serves on the board of the Events Industry Council.

Harris resides in St. Louis with her husband, has four (mostly grown & on their own) children, and Labrador Retriever.

Kim Napolitano's journey at Hilton began 30 years ago in Hotel Operations before she found her passion in Sales. Now an Executive Director in Industry Relations and Intermediary Group Sales, she leads an eight-member team, positioning Hilton as a trusted advisor worldwide. Kim fosters a high-performance culture, encourages personal growth, and cultivates meaningful connections. Kim, a devoted mother and wife, balances her life with nearly 1,000 Peloton workouts under the name "MamaNaPelotono."
