    CIS Office Hours provide live, instructor support for candidates preparing for their CIS certification. Each month offers a dedicated session where participants can ask questions, clarify concepts, and get real-time guidance in a small-group setting. This add-on gives candidates flexible, personalized help to strengthen their understanding and confidence ahead of the exam.

    CIS Office Hours are  flexible support option designed to help you deepen your understanding of CIS course material and feel confident as you prepare for the exam. Each month, candidates can join a live Zoom session hosted by an experienced CIS instructor who will answer questions, discuss key concepts, and offer practical guidance based on real-world industry knowledge. These sessions are informal, conversational, and completely driven by the needs of participants who attend.

    Registration is required for each individual session. After registering in the LearnHub, you will  receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link.. You can also access the zoom link from the "components" tab of this product after registering. For any issues or questions, please contact education@siteglobal.com. 

    If fewer than two (2) participants are registered for a session, SITE may need to cancel. In that case, we will provide options for rescheduling or refunding.

    Please note: This registration is for one individual Office Hour session only. Each monthly Office Hour requires its own separate registration. This is not registration for the Certified Incentive Specialist (CIS) Exam; that must be completed separately at CIS ONLINE REGISTRATION. It is strongly recommended that participants register for the CIS Exam prior to attending an Office Hour and come prepared having reviewed the module contents. Office Hours are designed to address participant questions and provide clarification, rather than serve as dedicated instructional time.
